What is the delivery time?

• Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks maximum after confirmation (+ 1 to 2 weeks for personalized orders)

• Tracked shipping is recommended for international orders outside of Europe.

France : 1 to 7 working days

Europe : 1 to 16 working days

Other countries : 10-25 working days

Lost order? Your order hasn't arrived?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide assistance for lost or stolen packages and cannot be held responsible in such cases.

I wrote the wrong address

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you can add items to your order or edit and correct your address. Please feel free to contact me with any questions regarding this.

Once the order has been shipped, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Likewise, if an incorrect address was provided, the responsibility lies with you.
